DJ
co.kr, releases [SHAME], a dance floor killer that turns up the air in the dark club!
DJ/producer DJ
co.kr just released a new album [SHAME] via Biroso Records. From [Samulnor.E] EP to the latest [BORI], and now [SHAME], DJ co.kr’s dance tunes are the fruits of his contemplation of clubnights and dancefloors with where he has kept in tune for such a long time. While the previous works breathed new energy into stale drum patterns by adopting the percussion from the Samulnori, which is a Korean traditional instrumental music, [SHAME] is about irregular tribal rhythm and addictive vocal line based on breakbeat. Especially the eery vocal tone of Liu Lee that came to the fore at [Jasmine] EP and the base line that strokes the melody line from under speak for the air in the dark clubnight. And the contrasting raw energy is one of the essential elements that makes this new track a dance floor killer. The U.S.-based producers as the likes of Bapari, Zutzut, and Ase Manual featured as remix artists, and Motherbird Studio for the mixing and mastering.
